It takes us awhile to get out if the house with the kids, so today we are heading for a hike and maybe the beach.

Amazingly, we found the park relatively easily. It's Monday, and the park seems deserted. Where are all the vacationing Italian families???

The signs are very cool with hand-drawn pictures that tell kids what they can and can't do. All of the information signs along the path talk about each local animal and each animal has a name. ...

It's a rainy day for the feast of San Nicola in Pollutri. Nevertheless all went ahead as scheduled. We walked to the church to the chime of the church bells, in the rain.
