Tom and Sue took the day to zip to Bilbao (1:45 south of Biarritz) to see the famous Guggenhiem Museum. Wow, what a building!! I don't really need to tell you what we did do I? Take one part playground, one part beach, and one part sunset and you have a Kramer day in Biarritz.

           

... Dispite the language barriers they had a lovely time exploring the basque country side. What did we do? Why go to the beach, of course!!

I had heard about Biarritz from a friend that I met along my travels in Switzerland and I thought that it might be a really nice place to stop on my way to Spain. Really I needed a place to crash because I didnīt want to sit on the train for 16 hours to get from Marsille to San Sebastain.
