They said, "yes/I think so" so we waited some more. An older woman came up to us and asked, "do you need help? I see you looking at that map a lot" and, being wary foreigners, replied, "maaaaaybeee..." Turns out this woman, Elizabeth, was born in Thailand, moved to Boston when she became pregnant with an American soldier's baby in ...

... old, I mean we are paid babysitters. Sadly she does nothing but cry (I mean CRY) at us and hold onto her Mama for dear life. And occasionally **** herself. To give the girl credit, she'd never seen a foreigner before so suddenly having 2 loud white females singing nursery rhymes at her would understandably cause distress. Bless her little cotton socks. Wai Kru day was a fantastic celebration this month. The fact that there is a day dedicated to students showing the upmost ...

... but so far so good! (Ask me again in a month) The 4/5 year olds are actually so cute that I'm scared I will eat them. It's a great experience teaching such a wide range of ages however sometimes difficult to know your crowd when changing directly from a class of 4 year olds to 18 year olds. Note to self: teenagers do not respond to my baby teacher voice quite as well as toddlers. Overall, I am absolutely LOVING T6 thus far, the staff are great and the kids are amazing. I feel ...
