Out after the first week of training and oath taking ceremony. Burdur is a tiny place, and would have been the stereotypical one horse town if it was not for the military base presence. Ten-hut!
Early up, and we are off towards Burdur where I am going to spend the next 21 days performing compulsory military service (Yes, Virginia, there are still countries that practice conscription) All the way to Burdur we passed cabs full of short haired guys with luggage--the taxicab industry in Antalya must love us ;)
