Fangio, our driver, took us to the top of the terraces so that we could walk down the face of the terraces. ... or something!! I walked down the road away from the salon and tried to comb it straight. Then I put my sunnies on and was so glad I wouldn't be bumping into anyone I knew! Another good laugh and story! The guy was actually an ok cutter, it was just the mousse, trying to make it curly, cutting it too short and the lack of a common language. It cost me the grand sum of $15!!!!
... It was a late night after a long day. The following day we opted for some sea canoes to discover the coast. Once again in classic turkish lack of any sort of leadership/organization it wasn't till we were right out of the bay we realized who the 'guide' was and that was only due to an American who managed to topple over and needed help. I still fail to see how he managed it. The ocean was so still and there were no waves?! That evening we went on another 'tour' and this one ...

Usually wheat and barley is traded in this area there are not many exotic fruits, unless it is coming from the incoming merchants and traders.
