Today we travelled by train to the city of Arezzo, its centre is very old, but the town is sprawling outwards with growth and it is reasonably modern and young. We were off to the Antiques Fair, and that was held in the oldest part of Arezzo, the Grande Piazza.

We ambled around the different stalls and I have to admit I was looking for a sneaky bargain to ferret away and bring home, but alas, on the whole it was people's second hand tat.. ...

... of keeping up, we only almost got ran off the road a few times.  We are thinking we could really get used to the views and lifestyle! Maybe when we retire?! We made it to Siena without any issues, but did have some problems trying to navigate once inside the walls.  The problem with the map is that it doesn't show which roads are one ways and they are so narrow it is hard to to get turned around! People and cars cohabitate the same bit ...
