      ... of the Tour de Italia bike race. Now is time for the Bacco store to open. Of course, this lady speaks no English, so don't even try asking her questions. But, this is more than a store, there are 6 vats of wine that they bottle wine with. So we tried 4 of the types and bought 2 bottles, one for 2.50, the other for 3.00. While we were in there a man bought two 10 liter boxes of wine, figure he was a restaurateur buying house wines.

      ... back to our room, hoping to see Georgi again and enjoy another glorious Tuscan sunset on our balcony. We get the place to ourselves for most of the evening with newer guests arriving fairly late. Tomorrow we decide we will go to a very small town to stay which is close to the railway (Poggonbonsi) between here and Florence because we want to rent some scooters or Vespas and tourle around the Tuscan countryside. The place we book is fifty euro, so who knows what it will be ...
