There are only 2 showers that work and they do not have lights or locks on the doors. I walked around the city centre and never felt threatened (not that I have any where else really) so for that reason alone I like PE. Its a good place to just walk around. Around the harbour area its a bit dodgy (as I was told) but what city with a harbour doesn't have a slightly dodgy waterfront.
