Chris and I just finished packing. Hopefully we didn't forget anything! The apartment is all cleaned up and we're pretty much ready to go. Chris is busy working on a poster for his conference, and I'm headed to bed. I have a couple of errands to run in the morning, and then we're off to the airport. I'm a little nervous about tomorrow. The night before we ...

10 am - 7pm we rode. Sean and Finn on tandem are faster than me and dad, next time I might need to peddle .... San Fran is hilly and mum and dad got lost most of the time or argued about which way to go....as I said we rode 10am to 7 pm and sure we have been on every street. Golden Gate Bridge was really cool... As it was blowing a gale. Really amusing amazing ride home, it was on a boat! As I said they were ...

I'm sad my time is coming to an end here but it will be nice to get home and start earning again, as well as cooking for ourselves ...

We finished our day with a rental car pick-up and the first part of our lag down Highway 1. It was such a beautiful drive. It is no wonder people flock to this region for this drive alone. I look forward to getting back on the highway tomorrow! We are parked in Pacific Grove on the Monteray Penninsula for 3 nights. We are at a very nice B&B with complementary Diet Coke and homemade cake all day!! They don't know what they are in ...

After a great conference and after having seen the highlights of Seattle, it's time for the second part of my trip: San Francisco! Flying there as I type so no impressions of the city yet. I'm more than sure that that's gonna change pretty soon ;) But first a short update on my time in Seattle. As I mentioned the conference was once again really good! Despite it being the worlds main conference on environmental ...
