... luggage and I said that yes we had luggage and that I would be sad to get to Venice without it. Promised that our luggage would be there to meet us. We'll see about that.... ... I got to spend time with myself, and found I did not mind it so much. I didn't feel lonely or sad, and noticed my mood improving. I'm happy Venice never felt unsafe or dangerous. There was never a moment of panic that I am lost. I think I enjoyed the fact that I was in a brand new city where getting lost is a possibility and every new turn is a new and most often beautiful sight. Venice is stunning. ... my candle from the tabbacci. Fried the pesche in butter, with sautéed zucchini and a coconut pastry from the Afgan ristorante for dessert. Not bad at all. It is a great feeling to accomplish daily type tasks and come to know a place, the shops and the proprietors. But I also had some fun with a photo shoot when I got home.
