... dress code for this one night, but we knew that tomorrow we were all expected to lift our game and dress in "smart casual" attire! It was so lovely to eat a regular meal- with vegetables, and the dessert tonight, sensational!!! After tea we explored a few areas of the ship but didn't panic about seeing it all as we knew we still had time in the morning to check out some more! A great sleep tonight - the pillows on our bed were fluffy and soft. Ahh.... ...

... our trip, and we made a quick stopover at a cookie store where I bought some macaroons!!! We could only afford 4 with my small change, and got a raspberry, choc raspberry, vanilla, and chocolate chilli. Was amazing little mouthfuls of happiness.

... hot with 50% humidity so staying out all day is not a good idea. Our tour included a Gondola ride which started off more like peak hour on water but as we made our way into the canals of Venice the novelty kicked in. These Gondolas are beautiful and the way they manoeuvre them is really clever. When you get into the really narrow passageways (only a few metres wide) there is an Italian singer who bursts into tune and then you feel the real experience. It was ...
