... game, the majority of the supporters were either Leeds or Northerners, so that made me and Lou feel right at home! The game was a bit of a wash out, but we met a couple from Scarborough who were a right laugh and they gave us a lift back to Miami Beach in their convertable Mustang and had a few more beers on Ocean Drive!!!
The next day we were up early to catch the Mega Bus to Tampa, which would be our last stop in America before flying to Brazil!!!
... greetings from the staff and complimentary Bellinis-just like Harry's Bar in Venice. The food: carpaccio, pasta with ham, grilled sea bream with broccoli rabe was fabulous. We finished with a trio of amazing (complimentary) desserts-lemon cake, tiramisu and vanilla ice cream with candied nuts; I am embarrassed to say that we along with Steven polished off everything.
