We were met at the station gates by Pastor Hutchinson who took us to our hotel- a very beautiful hotel right in the centre of Shunde. A 10 minute walk to the church, market place and local shops.     After our orphanage visit, Mr. Guan and his wife very kindly invited us to one of his favorite restaurants for lunch. It was a good drive from the SWI, and more on the outskirts of Jiangmen. I'm not sure exactly what that meant since we could take pictures of the 2-4 year olds, but I know there was bad press right before the olympics about China "exporting" their babies, and deplorable conditions shown in a rural orphanage. All adoptions slowed down then, and I would guess the "privacy" means for the orphanage, not for the babies. I'm not sure why, but we were kind of rushed through the facility.
