We actually spent only 1 night in Colombo. The sea food dinner by the ocean was fantastic. We fed 8 people for $200 with amazing delicacies... in Moscow 1 person would run up such a bill. The city has its contrasts... nice modern areas in the centre, a bit of colonial architecture, some nice hotels, and lots of very poor neighborhoods.

Not much really, got to sit on a plane for two hours staring at lovely palm trees and sunshine. Not fun!
