        ... the gift shop and they had everything cathedral!! We also found a shop we had gone in last time that had official German "stuff" and I found the candle merry-go-round thingy mother had...I wanted to get one for our family tradition.         Early this morning, about 4.30, we sailed passed Frankfurt and onto Cologne, berthing at about 1pm. We opted for the city walking tour which was about 1.5 hour duration. We learnt about the history of Cologne, or Koln as it is called in Germany. With a population of 1 million, it's the 4th biggest city in Germany (behind Berlin, Hamberg, Munich).         ... was on his way from Frankfurt back to the boat (a five-hour round trip) and my suitcase would arrive at 2am and they would immediately bring it to my room. I informed them I would be happy to pick it up in the morning when I got up.

        And it was there for me before we went into breakfast the next morning. Impressive how caring and helpful our hosts were to make certain I was well taken care of. It was fabulous.
