    ... of nuclear proportions, I was pretty confident I knew what to expect for the next one. So it is a Tuesday evening, ( I call it the week after yoga, slipping back into my going out regularly week all in the name of music!!!!     ... got cold...really...Emma quit being a drama queen.   At the end of this absolutely magical day, which everyone agreed has been one of our best days on this adventure trip, Colette bargained our way into a 4x4 taxi.     ... Why right beside a cart selling....Grasshoppers, Crickets and Silk Worms! were some men there, wolfing down big containers of them. The bugs were covered in bbq seasoning Ersh! We bought some groceries at the Tesco Lotus store later, so we have some food in our room for breakfast and snacks.

    Well over a week has now passed since we decided the TEFL course wasn't for us. Since then we have been exploring the island, enjoying the nightlife and making plans for after Christmas. Last Friday we rented a scooter and headed out on the open road to see what Koh Samui has to offer.     ... Lamai. A place recommended by a random guy we had met on our transfer from the airport. The quiet area and beautiful beaches sold it. Our hotel was perfect!

    There was a beach at the front of our hotel grounds, no more than 2m wide. Uncle Rang's restaurant overlooked the beach with a pool just to the right, 1 m from the beach. It was so quiet. There were only us and a few workers about. The accommodation was in bungalows dotted back from ...
