I'm up early today (Thursday) had an online meeting and doing some work plus waiting to hear about my mum who's in hospital with chest pains/suspected heart attack. Not easy being out of contact when you are worried about someone you love. I'm trying to distract myself and have managed to get a head cold so it's tissue city.

We have all day on the boat, I hope the bike dudes don't want to talk all day again!

... the path. There were bats flying around and some really cool formations but the most spectacular part to me were the water filled parts filled with crystal clear, very cold looking water. Some parts looked so deep but so clear you could see all the way down. Unfortunately we couldn't take pictures in the cave but it's worth it to protect these treasures. It was beautiful. One of the other couples on the tour turned out to be from California so we had ...

We took a train to get to the coastal city of Patras in order to take a very long ferry ride to Italy. We got this pass called a Eurail Global Pass which allows us to take trains, ferries, and receive discounts for all countries who participate which is everyone we need except Poland, England, and Scotland. So this way we can take a free train ride to get to an almost free ferry to get to Italy! Yay for saving ...
