      The Archaelogical site of Heraion

      Leaving the lagoon behind we come to the archaeological site of Heraion after a 5 minute drive.       Today was my first full day in Greece. My hotel is small...and a bit shady, but it will do for three weeks. The beach is another block away, there is little sand, but still a beautiful beach with docks, fishermen, boats, and plenty of small cafes. We got introduced to the town of tolo and Napflia.
