There was a cable car but the queue was a mile long so we had to walk down 700 odd steep steps to the bottom. OMG!!!!!! Des kept telling me to hurry because we would miss the boat. ... gravel up to the house in their packs, which they released with a rope and the loose gravel dropped out the bottom on the floor. It all made sense now. ... Once we ditched out bags we basically hit the pool for the remainder of the evening.

After our breakfast the next morning we enquired about hiring quads or scooters to get around the islands. Everyone seems to do it and it looked like heaps of fun. In the end we opted for the quad as we were told we'd have a better chance at escaping serious injury or death over the scooter. After the safety briefing we took off down the road, I just had to concentrate ...

... salmon and grilled squid with some yucky white wine. Then we moved to a bar called Tranquila - Alice knew a friend of the girl who owns the bar so she went and introduced herself. We sat out the front and ordered two Cosmopolitans. After a while two more came out, free of charge. The bar had a great vibe. We then ordered some dip with flat bread and some falafel wraps. Delicious. The Greek Easter is on this weekend ...
