... trench coats and were each allocated a motorised bicycle. The stag had to do a circle before setting off so he was behind the others on some kind of race round town. High jinx indeed! We wandered home via the random rudey sculptures for laundry and guitar practice and sunbathing. Weather here is so changeable! Tasty dins of bbq, tidy up and the second half of ...

Today we attended Tante Marie's birthday party at the Masterbar located on the waterfront at Enkhuizen. The day started with coffee and cakes, then many beers and wines, soup for lunch and plates of finger food. We have arrived at our final destination! How sad.

Our day started off by visiting the Atomium in Brussels, voted the "strangest building in Europe." We then went to the Grand'Place, the heart of the city, for some shopping, where we all stuffed ourselves on chocolate and waffles. Delicious!

Next stop was a visit to the EU Parliament for an informative ...

    Horne

A travel blog entry by 2and2 on Oct 02, 2012

... the sun was out so that was really lovely. A couple of playground stops later and we were worn out and on the way home. I would definitely return to Horn, even to stay for a couple of days it seems like it would have enough to do and would be relaxing. That is one thing we have missed on this trip - relaxation, we are go go go pretty much all the time. Amsterdam is such an exciting city that ...
