The car we were driving back in had no air conditioning, so between the heat and the vehicle exhausts, it was very uncomfortable, even with the driving distractions. Now when I say offroading, its not like I took the path less travelled. On the sides of the 10m wide road filled with vehicles, there was a flat bit of ground with stones, gravel, murk, water and grass. I am not sure if this qualifies as offroading; but I covered some 5km in it, on and off each way (and I believe that the bike is officially an Adventure Tourer now, given that I did 200km on to Jakarta after that offroading and its still holding ...
