We can no longer afford to be in the Savoy but we still need to be in Bandung so we are moving to a hostel across town. It's not cheap but in comparison to here it's pence. You often hear conflicting opinions about cities/countrys but with Jakarta all we have heard is that it's a pile of ****, we are only going because we need to fly from there and because, well it's a capital we can't not do it.

... a waterfall that's there and this Tea Gardens place.  From the main road we walked down these little lanes that were beautiful, it was all hilly and nice and quiet aswell it felt like the countryside in somewhere in Europe and at the top of one lane we could see all out over this lush view with this lovely little house at the end. ... lopen, vrijwel alles aan het handje langs de weg of via enge trappen. Er is op het complex voor kinderen echt helemaal niks te doen. Er is een zwembad, maar dat ziet groen van de algen. We weren't sure what to expect of the train ride... Would there be toilets? Should we stock up on food and water? The train left on time, 8:25.
