... today for Munich, they needed to be up and heading to the train station by 10am. They were all still asleep at 945, so we decided to ring the wake-up bell in case they wanted a bit of breakfast before leaving. ... there" list for many years. Today it has sort of a ghost town feeling due to the weather. The sun is brief. I look in at the hostel there and then try to find the small cheese shop in town. It's closed. The weather is really a disappointment. I heard that the the snow received yesterday was the most they have had this far into Spring in 30 years. Aren't we lucky to be a part of history :(.

... into Lauterbrunnen. Along the way, we saw some BASE jumpers and even one that hadn’t deployed his chute yet. At first I thought it was a giant black bird making a beeline for some prey, but then a big chute came out of the "bird’s" back. It was frightening just to watch!
