Brrrr......kalt! Einen Stopp legten wir am Cape ...

Located in a rural setting, it boasted a good location looking out over rich farmland originally claimed from the high tides of the Bay of Fundy by the Acadian pioneers. Elaine herself, was from Prince Albert Saskatchewan, moving to NB with her husband after many years together on the West Coast. When it became apparent that he was the only one left in the family who might be interested in living in the ‘family home’, they made the decision to ...

The obligatory game of scrabble and then I assembled the beds and we crawled in for a rockin’ and rollin’ night. Surely cramped quarters but it still beats overnight airline flights.
Funny how these compartments didn't seem so cramped when Barry & I made the trip from Moncton to Quebec City.

This is relevant when a customer is asking why they have a "globe" icon next to the SMS indicator and they do not know how to remove it.
... their music and skits as well as Celtic dance. It was wonderful and I was only sorry that we had to leave as the father shared his testimony of Jesus Christ and how this was the foundation for their lives of happiness as a family. It was truly a PEI experience to see such fiddling ! We still had a long drive just outside Charlottown to our campground and look forward to exploring that great city tomorrow.

... it might be more interesting if it werent Sunday afternoon. We drove past Magnetic Hill, which I had been told was not worth a stop. It turns out that they have turned it into a theme park! I had picked up a flyer in Hopewell which of course Jeremy had read from top to bottom and memorized, so when he spotted it on the Atlas (that I bought in St John from an RPG guy whose t-shirt said "Its ok to be jealous, not everyone can be me" and made me think that I ...
Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada sirene... a distinctive part of Canada. We stayed for about 2-3 hours, long enough to notice a distinctive change in the water level; the sandbars that were visible when we got there were long gone by the time we left, as the water was actually lapping around the bottom of the flowerpots. Back in Moncton, we saw a bit of street music as part of the seafood festival, and had a delicious lobster dinner.

I bring this up because it explains why my mother insisted that we get to the airport 2.5 hours before our departure, even though airport guidelines suggest arriving only 60-90 minutes before domestic flights. She thought that the security lines might have been long, which they weren't. Given the fact that ...
... for $8......Nothing better than sitting on Cavendish beach, devouring fresh lobster. It doesn't get better than this. Satisfied from lunch we headed to Anne of Green Gables house. This is the house, where L M Montgomery lived and was the inspiration for her stories....green rolling paddocks, whitewashed houses, white picket fences, Lover's land and the Haunted Forest......It was great to wander ...
Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada raniroo... the most easterly point in North America, in the morning and then came back into St.John's to spend the day hiking around the city. I headed up Signal Hill and back and then all over the neighbourhood just above the downtown core where the row houses are beautifully coloured. St.John's looks very, very good in the sunshine. Then I headed back out to Quidi Vidi which is a small fishing ...
