... years ago. It was called Blockhouse Point Lighthouse I think.
Leaving there we travelled back along the Coast stopping along the way in nice little places like Canoe Cove and Hampton eventually to the small village of Victoria by the Sea. We found another 2 lighthouses. Only one was accessable. We wandered about the cute town with the beautiful old houses before pushing off to the downtown of Charlottetown.

Caleb and I needed to go to the bathroom and I saw a RCMP detachment - I figured the police are there to serve and why not go in. This being a few weeks after the shootings in Moncton we paid our respects to the RCMP clerk at the front and she showed us the sculpture of the dog someone had created along with a poem an ...

... Nova Scotian spot, but in the end it just couldn't match Peggy Cove.

From Lunenberg we joined the main highway out of Nova Scotia and followed it back to Moncton. So here we are now, relaxing in this hip little town, reminiscing and enjoying the vibe. Tomorrow we keep heading west, but for now we enjoy the East Coast for one more evening.

Yup, today was a good day... and I didn't even have to use my AK.

... I am always waiting for something to dry. But what is the rush, I have all winter? More on the way.

The fairing restyle Attempt #1 is a failure... Opps. The fiberglass twisted the foam out of position while curing. I have not used fiberglass since my windsurfing days and I forgot how much heat is generated in the curing process. To much heat for my poor little foam plug would handle. The piece is rugged. I did a solid job with the fiberglass, it is tough, and ...
