We visited the "man" and "women" island. Before we entered the palace with the timed guided tour, we visited Konig Ludwig II Museum. ... we had a drink at the bar and took our laptop down there where it works a lot better!! Tonight we walked down to what seems like a local social club. It was full of Austrians and they seem to be enjoying themselves. The meal was okay – I had fish but as you can tell it wasn’t outstanding. Doesn’t matter. Back in the room for planning for tomorrow and it doesn’t seem that noisy after all thank goodness.

At Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Hohe, we were surprised to find a four story parking garage built right on the side of the mountain. I was wondering where all of the cars were going to park. And thankfully there was a gift shop that sold sandwiches and chips. So we bought some and went outside to sit at a wooden table right at the edge of the valley.
