Just laying and wandering around it. Central Park is cool, a massive, 100% landscaped grassland in the middle of the city, the park had different themes all over, with areas that felt like hiking through the bush, areas for laying by ponds, and areas for playing sports amongst many others ...

... feel swallowed up in the vastness of it. It's beautiful, it's dirty. It's loud and crowded. We ended up over around Times Square for the better portion of the day. It was brilliant. We were crammed on the side walk like sardines trying to absorb everything. Fantastic billboards, signs, displays...It's just so alive. ... can you believe they didn't even provide us with any food for the entire 14 hour journey (I don't know how the Americans survived). To put the icing on the cake our hotel in Vancouver had no knowledge of our reservation and so we spent the following 2 hours trying to find any hotel that had a spare room and finally had to settle for a hotel room above a nightclub which was ideal if you wanted to make requests with the DJ.
