We dropped of Hiroto back at the hostel and we headed back to Obihiro again. The weather looks threatening and Momo's mum called to warn us for the hurricane coming over Hokkaido. The wind was getting stronger and the fog was heavy but it wasn't to bad as we thought it would be. I was so tired after this lovely but intensive weekend that I slept almost right away. I slept like a log that night.

What a magic day. In the morning we made fresh tracks through powder knee deep, which was magic. Later we did some off piste skiing through waist deep powder which was fun but tricky. Meal times have been a social event in themselves with lively conversation being the order of the day. In the evenings we enjoyed the many different shows in the theatre, joining in to sing the crazy signs, and then meeting all our new friends later for drinks ...
