    ... for ice-cream!!!! Now we're talking. Tom - my main man - was still hanging around the lobby. I think he has finally gone home. The students were so sweet and sad to go, but happy to be heading home to enjoy the rest of their summer vacation, as am I! Like Evan said today, "We are on vacation!" Me...I say..."LET'S RAISE THE ROOF!!!!" Got a whole new visual on that saying! One more formal dinner, one more sleep and the magic begins!

    ... being a little zany. Brenda, one of the other teachers in my primary group, and I led everyone in what has now become the Institute’s annual closing song, "Make New Friends, and Keep the Old, One is Silver and the Other Gold."     ... stepping back and looking in. I am savoring so much of life instead of jumping in and getting lost in the shuffle of craziness. I only have to 'B'! LOL Savor, savor, savor. In my time here, I may not have made everyone understand the importance of teaching and allowing children to think...but I sure as heck showed them the importance of smiling!
