Fuerteventura Playa Costa Calma

... are the beaches everyone of us dreams about, but again in here I will have to write and say that no matter how beautiful these beaches are, I prefer the Greek beaches.
They are not very safe, and it is scary if you decide to swim many metres in deep water. There might be sharks here, while in the Mediterranean there is not such danger.

We have taken along with us brunch and we sit by the benches found next to the lighthouse. We take many photos of the surround area, and here we plan what to do next. There is a small exhibition inside the lighthouse so we have the chance to visit it.

MORRO JABLE
After a long drive we come to Morro Jable, one of the biggest holiday resorts on the island.

... an in-flight meal, but we weren't sure. Sure enough the meal trolley came round a bit later sobwe had one (whether we'd booked it or not!). 4 long hours later we landed in Birmingham, slightly ahead of schedule. Queued at passport control then got our bags. Glyn was there to pick us up and Jackie had tagged along as well. Went to Glyns car and drove back to Sheldon. It was 3 am by the time I got to bed! Can't wait to see Mums face tomorrow!!

... sign was, not the actual restaurant which was in the town...... Anyway, we went into Caleta instead to a chinese. Had a lovely dinner, I ate loads, more than I normaly would, then went in some shops for some last minute tat, booze and fags (for the lads) then came back to Russ's. Russ went staright out again (to Tommy Nutter's of course) and I did my packing. Got most things in, just stuff I need for tomorrow left. Going home tomorrow! Sad and glad.

... sand. You could have been in the Sahara (which is actually where the sand comes from, blown over from Africa). We got out to take some photos then carried on into the town. We drove around Correlejo town to have a look the carried on to El Cotillo in the northwest. We stopped for a drink (and an icecream, in my case) and then me and Gaf went to look around the "castle". ... Nutters for a burger and chips then came back for a lie down. Me and Gaf went by the pool and had a swim for a while, to cool down. We were coming in the door jsut as Russ was going to Tommy's. Got dressed and went to the shop to get ice lollies. I sat and read for a bit then we had some tea, Gafcwent to meet Russ (and to drive him home) while I stayed in and read.

... idiots instructions" for him and left them on the laptop, in case he forgets (his memory is not so good since his strokes). Me and Gaf cooked the fish that Dave had caught and brought round with him and I did some mash potatoes with garlic and cheese. We all had nice big slices of lemon cake then I took Pat and Dave home.

... Carl made a nice curry instead. We stayed until about 10.45, by which time my legs were getting cold and Gaf's bum had gone to sleep. Came back and made a cup of tea when Russ rang to be picked up. We had just got there when his song came on on the karioke so we had to wait. Came back to the house and our tea was just the right temperature to drink. Chatted to Russ for a bit then came to bed.

... from Fuerte to Brum were really expensive, not to mention longwinded! One was from Fuerte via Madrid, then Amsterdam then finally getting ot Birmingham! Managed to find one for next Saturday for about £60 so we booked them. I'm not going to tell Mum and Dad, Glyn is going to take me home on Sunday, which is Fathers Day. Once all that was sorted out we drove back to Russ's and I lay on the bed reading until bedtime.
