Fu Rong Zhai Hotel Wuyi Shan

I invited a few Chinese friends over for lunch the other day. One of the boys offered to help me cook so we had a community cookfest at my house. He taught me a lot. I will be a professional one day!! I like how the preparation is the hardest part. The cooking is easy.. just add MSG and fry it up!! I actually bought MSG per request... Dad, if you visit I will leave it out, so you don't have an allergic reaction.

Wow I really don't have as much free time as I thought. After hours of training you just want to go to sleep.. and at the weekend we are out most of the time. Set beside the Ming River the Fish Farm is located about a five minute motor bike ride from the city and is surrounded by hills covered by a tea tree plantation. It really was such an awesome day!
