... things along the way.
We will be visiting a few friends and family along the way (my mums cousin, Bonnie lives in Santa Clarita, CA....a friend of a friend lives in Silicone Valley so offered to show us San Fran...meeting up with Chayce and Max in Las Vegas)
Once we see everything we can we will most likely be heading back to Vail, CO for a ski season, however this is very dependent on jobs and finding accommodation ...
... the skills!!
We will be visiting Grandma tonight and maybe going to a wing place as its 50 cent wings on a Monday - Darren LOVES his wings!!
Not too much else to report....just trying to decide when to leave and starting to make a plan and check we have everything we need. Exciting times!
Love from both of us,
Today we didn't have a whole bunch planned except to take Ashley to Debrands to join us on their tour as a little congratulation on no more college!!
We did a few little things like get Darrens watch fixed (at last after months of it being broken!). Next we drove to South Wayne to see the house that Mum and Dad used to live in and also Steve lived there after too. It is up for sale and we kind of joked about buying it as it's ...
Today we were super excited to go spend as much time as possible at the Zoo! Fort Wayne Childrens Zoo is around a 15 minute drive away and is celebrating its 50th year being open. Most schools started back up today too so we figured it wouldn't be nearly as busy (most schools here break up from school in June and have around 2 months off so head back in August).
We arrived just after opening at 9am and sure enough, it wasn’t too ...
... with a few food places, games area, gym, racket ball courts and the coolest thing....a slide!! (reminded us a little of pictures we have seen of Google headquarters).
We don't have a bunch else planned for the day...Darren is just attempting to fix a moped and I'm attempting to keep up to date with the blog.
See all the pics of the Amish and also the cool stuff we found in the flea market.
Love ya xxxxxxxxx
