... good and bad. The city itself was pretty uninteresting despite the glowing recommendation in Lonely Planet but it has a great Olympic Games Museum which we both really enjoyed. The International Olympic Committee is based in Lausanne and the museum was excellent. It covers all aspects of the Olympic Games and included heaps of memorabilia, interactive exhibits, even behind the scenes stuff about the athletes village. Our next stop was the ...
... every lane we change. Today's most tense passages were done without sat nav. Today we got lost for 8 miles - without sat nav. I'll willingly do the advert... Tomorrow will be easier because it has to be. About 100 miles to the schloss and therefore more time to find a campsite where hopefully we can relax for a couple of days. ... train station is enormous!
Train arrived - trip was a deja-vu but without luggage this time.
Hmm, interesting -
We spent a fair amount of time on the trains today but no ticket-guy showed.
Then on this last train the ticket-guy came. This one wanted to see our passports too. First time. All the other times, we had them but were never asked.
The day you get no ticket checkers and finally one shows, he wants the whole works.
