Frogmore Hotel Windsor

Now this is a story and a half. First a note of warning: Do not use Golden Tours when in London. We had a very bad experience with them.

... mid morning we had a torrential downpour. The kids were prepared with waterproofs, but Jeff and I had fleeces! We had to shelter, under the roof of a ride photography shop, Lucy supplied the staff with a number of jokes which meant we could stay there until the rain eventually stopped.

... I'll admit I've never really looked up what this collection is all about, I had always just assumed it was a doll collection. How wrong I could be. It's actually a miniature replica of the castle, complete with furnishings & electricity throughout. It's quite impressive & the detail is amazing.
