Terra and Fiona had arranged to meet two friends from home who are in Amsterdam today. Actually, one of the friends was an exchange student from Ghent, Belgium last year at Terra's high school and she went to his prom with him. Late lunch on one of the smaller canals down a little twisty lane. Very nice. Wine much cheaper here than in Scandinavia. Red $A5 in Amsterdam vs $A18 in Norway!

Got back to Rembrandt Square to find the whole place fenced off for big Gay Mardi Gras at the weekend. One of many venues this weekend.
