okay.. maybe its not the end of the world, but it is a world away from beijing. After sucessfully buying a new tablet in beijing, i took a 19 hour train to lanzhou. Each cabin has six beds so i shared my journey with a family that had four generations aboard. there was great grandmother, her son and his wife, their baby, and their two grandkids.
