... Inn and Suites in Christiansburg, VA. They upgraded us to a suite. Went to "Due South Pit Cooked BBQ". Clara and I had Short Ribs. David had combo ribs and pulled pork. All thought it was ok but not the best we have had. Stopped for gas $22.01. Then back to the room to ring in the new year. Alberta & Bill called to wish us a happy new year. I can’t get too used to being here though. I have two back-to-back weddings in DC this weekend and next and I’m spending time on the beach in Rehoboth in between with friends, and then I go to the Berkshires for a few days so oozing out at home will have to wait, still. It’s been one fabulous summer…

... a ticket for a boat cruise on a rainy night when the statue and the skyline would be obscured. So, even though I have walked across the Brooklyn Bridge several times before, I trudged back up to the bridge to make the walk across to Brooklyn. ... Church and our School Chapel at Boston College this church was run down. I found out later it was founded in 1873, St. Leonard’s Church is the first Roman Catholic Church in New England built by Italian immigrants.

On the way back to Faneuil Hall I walked up Hanover Street which was in the midst of Little Italy full of restaurants and exotic cars.

Hi -
We are now in Agra...Long drive today where we really saw much of the Gritty side of India...the huts, tents, people living on the side of the road...garbage everywhere, animals just roaming and lots of people....
Last night we went to a farm, we were taken to the area by Camel Cart..which basically means we were staring the whole time at the Camel's tush and balls...all we could do was pray the camel wouldn't go to the bathroom...whew! we made it through!
