... Inn and Suites in Christiansburg, VA. They upgraded us to a suite. Went to "Due South Pit Cooked BBQ". Clara and I had Short Ribs. David had combo ribs and pulled pork. All thought it was ok but not the best we have had. Stopped for gas $22.01. Then back to the room to ring in the new year. Alberta & Bill called to wish us a happy new year. Charlie called to talk to AC Odometer ...

... is a shame to waste a cupcake, but I knew I wouldn’t have time to eat them both later. The Brooklyn Blackout was great—rich, moist and fudgy. I also really liked the yellow American cupcake. I much preferred the butter cream icing to their meringue icing on their other cupcakes.

Sunday I stored my bag with bell services and set out for Rockefeller Center. My plan was to go to the Top of the Rock at 8am and ...
