Grand Forks Tour
... dollars to build back in 2001 and it was all donated by Ralph Engelstad. A few details: 11,600 leather seats, pipe organ, marble tile from Italy and India, 300 televisions (even in the bathrooms) so you don't miss a play ever.
We left Grand Forks at 3:00 p.m. and drove 3 1/2 hours to Minot, ND for the night.

What?
... were very helpful. We managed to get one of the last hotel rooms in Minot which is very busy with the area oil boom. We are dealing with our insurance providers and hope to be able to get a big enough vehicle to haul our belongings home today or tomorrow.
Again the good news, we're both OK and we should be able to get everything but the trailer and Traverse home. We're back to a 1 vehicle house for awhile ...
First Night in the Trailer
This was our first stop and stay in the trailer. The campgrounds around here are not open until beginning of May so we decided to stay over in the Walmart parking lot along with 5 other trailers and a few truckers. It was actually nice and quiet and the Walmart was open 24hrs so you could pick up anything at anytime!
This was just a stop on the way so parked, bought a few groceries and then went to sleep. ...
