    After a full night of steaming along at 18 knots, the ship drops it anchors in the crystal clear azure waters off Mykonos. No berthing on docks here, it all passenger to shore via tender boats. The town of Hora is busy with a couple of cruise ships in town. The main town is a myriad of narrow little pedestrian lanes, with the foot traffic occasionally interrupted by little trucks and vans that somehow squeeze through the narrow openings and corners, ...

    ... are is about a 5 minute walk up the main road which follows the shoreline. Lou Anne recommended we try a place called Yannoulis which had a very traditional greek menu. We started with warm dolmatas, which are rolled grape leaves stuffed with a rice mixture, and then we also started with a grilled feta dish with roasted onions and peppers. I actually think these two things have made the list for the best things I have ever ate....seriously, ...

    ... this in English, gesticulating & facial expressions! What a wonderful man & we were both very sad leaving Paros because he had made our stay very special as well as a number of other Holiday Sun personnel. Ellen joined us for dinner again & after having a mojito & probably another Samos it was off to pack! We had to ensure that 2 bottles were safely protected for the long trip home!
