... Mass was quite the experience and we were so glad to be a part of it. We then changed clothes and walked over to a chair lift to ride to the top of a small mountain, Mason braved the lone ride to the top, which was great because we would have missed out on so much fun if someone hadn't rode alone! Thank goodness for last March's ski lessons!! It was instant smiles at the top!! There were slides, a zip line, playscapes and animals!! The kids fed the goats almost ...

Our Tyrolian adventure is over as we have now travelled from North to South ...

... to meet. After securing a map we set off down the road towards the smaller of the 2 lakes in this area. We loved that this was all downhill. We kept checking the map but somehow we did not take a track and ended up high above the lake on a road to the other end of the lake. As this was where we were intending to finish it did not seem to matter so much. Instead of strolling around the lake at lake level we were treated to views from above. Sue was foraging on the way there and ...

... white is used to appear there - the Sala del trono (Throne Room), and the Chapel of St. Andrew on the first floor. The five rooms on the second floor and the garden are used as exhibition venues. You can imagine that our cameras really got a work out as soon as we arrived. We were delighted to see the other side of the Dolomites to yesterday's ride around from our room. We were lucky that the Castel was hosting a Mozart concert so ...
