And so back to our patiently waiting bikes and back to camp
for a well-deserved beer and supper of braaied chicken wings……with skin.

Swiss meat is funny. None of it has fat. All the fat from
every cut is removed by the butcher and one cannot buy any meat in the shops
that has fat on it. Very sad state of affairs, and so we buy chicken with skin
on it so as to satisfy our craving for delicious cooked animal fat.

... a place called 'Bescanon'. When we arrived on the outskirts it was bigger than we expected, more of a city, but did look a good place to explore. As we ventured further in it became a rather annoying place to drive through. As well as being busy it had more one way systems, traffic lights and tram roads.
