I messaged Christian, our apartment owner, telling that we would be there about 9:30am - we pay for Sunday night so we can access the apartment straight away on Monday. He greeted us showed us around the apartment again and also the changed security codes. After unpacking and refreshing we headed off to find ...

When we both saw it we both exclaimed that I had to get it, the artist also 'gave me' a drawing of a lion turning into the Arc de Trumaphant which is just as good but not better than my elephant.

With a little while more on o Notre Dame we spent a decent amount of time in the Notre Dame walking ...

... on our way! We came across Ponts des Arts, which is where we were originally going to have our picnic. We brought along a few locks to attach to the bridge to solidify our friendship (like we needed it) and made a pact to each hang on to one key from each lock (we had two). That is until I dropped my keys into the Seine... Oops!!! It made for a good laugh, that's for sure! We finally arrived at the museum and took in the sights - what an incredible experience this was! Monet, ...
