Great nights sleep, foggy in morning and didn't clear till after 3 in the afternoon. Easy day 15 miles and 3000 ft of ascent. Saw two really good forts. Walked through a very scenic park apparently owned by the vacuum guy(Dyson). B&B closed on arrival so sat in pub writing ...
B&B was ok in the end, smelt damp when I arrive. Took longer route along canal. Lots of ups and downs today and lots of long barrows including hetty peglers tump which you needed a torch for because you went in so far. Climbed tyndale beacon which got narrower and narrower as you got higher, not much space at the top. Weather good again, a bit cooler today ...
... the village if they are staying in one of the accommodation facilities so traffic is limited. We also took the opportunity to go to some of the towns on the Northern coast of Cornwall, Padstow, where Rick Stein has his famous Seafood restaurant and Port Isaac where the Doc Martin series was filmed. Each was beautiful in their own right although definitely more ...
Today we continued on our travels once again and we are taking a trip around our home country and Ireland and today we are in the UK and we are going to Cardiff.
When we got there we went to the Millennium Stadium and we had a tour of the stadium. It was a really interesting place and we were able to get the opportunity to go to parts of the stadium that one else could. The stadium is also home to the Wales Rugby Stadium. ...
... to take in, pictures to see and wonderful staff. We also appreciated a talk from one man who gave us a good insight into the life of the crew aboard and other procedures such as funerals at sea etc. I recommend to go visit the ship if you have never seen it before, however it's not somewhere you are going to come back to often as I don't think much will change in say, ten years time...
