... I asked in Mandarin if they have water (kind of) "Shuei?" They responded "mayo" which means I don't have! So either they understood me and they didn't have water, which seemed to be true, so they were just scared of my broken Mandarin and wanted me outta there fast. We'll never know.

... br> Went back to the hostel and asked reception about tickets to Hong Kong... they confirmed there weren't any but told us the best way of getting there.
