      We took a bus to Gangneung next to watch the Dano festival,
      a UNESCO heritage listed festival with ancient rituals, mask shows, puppet
      shows plus lots more being performed. The festival was over a few weeks and we
      were catching the end of it. Mark had arranged to do some couchsurfing which is

      ... matter. The bike weighs a ton of course and was pinned to side of the road which sloped upward so there was no way of getting under the bike. In the end we were able to stop a car and get some help which of course hurt alot more. Oh well. Had to happen some time. We found our camp site near Seoraksan national park, supposedly the most beautiful in Korea. We ended up enjoying (sort of) dinner with a Korean taxi driver and his wife who were also camping there.       ... slope of any level! Take a rest and enjoy the panorama from the Dragon Peak, the snowy trees will make you feel like you're part of a white dream! Price of most accomodation is very expensive, but if we can make it to find a room at the local youth hostel, I'll definitely go back for a couple of days!
