Normally we are running late to the airport. Like when we were going to Paris, we almost missed the plane, no seriously. They were paging us like crazy and we had to sprint to the gate.
Today though, we were on time but of course, the plane delayed. Why is it that when you're running late, the plane is early but when you're running on time, the plane is late? Go figure!!!!
From Minneapolis, we will fly to Chicago, then to Miami and after a 4 ...

We went through the Wisconsin Dells (still don't see the allure there . . . even though we have been through on 4-wheels), then Milwaukee. Lots of classic sites on the way in . . . the Miller Brewery, the Allen Bradley Clock, the cable stayed bridge, and the outlet to Lake Michigan . . . then on to Chicago!!
... to have friends to wave us off for our very first try at a car rally with the instructions like the ones used starting tomorrow. This was a special day, so Jim and I got to sit in the back seat while Matt and Ken figured out how to get into a routine of Matt reading the instructions, telling Ken when to do what and at what speed....and Ken Driving and watching the speedometer, after a few miss steps, they ...

We flew out of Minneapolis, so on the Thursday before our departure my parents drove us across South Dakota. We stayed our last few days in St. Paul with my sister, Sabrina, and her family. One of my other sisters, Natasha, also came to see us off with her kids. This made for a very full house at Sabrina’s, but it was wonderful to see everyone and have some cousin play time ...
