      It's hard to believe that in 48 hours I will be on a plane headed for my first European adventure that will be an approximate total of at least over 11,000 miles! I know that isn't quite a big deal. I've met many people in my travels who have been "across the pond". However, I don't know many that have had an itinerary like this.

      ... salad, and a fifth with sweet potato fries.

      While neither the sushi or burger was the best I'd ever had, the atmosphere of the place was fantastic, with the table a computer monitor with games to keep you entertained and for sushi enthusiasts, the chance to create your own sushi rolls. It was a genuinely good experience and with the good waiter who served us, well worth the effort.

      Highlights: 1. Went shopping on Wednesday for souvenirs. That was probably the most stressful part of the trip- go figure. We had been hearing about this ginormous tent in downtown San Jose that had anything you're little touristy heart so desired. Indeed, they were right. If I had to guess, there were atleast 30 small kiosks; each one filled with overpriced items that generally could be bargained down. After about 20 minutes of sensory ...
