    While your body may not feel as spry as it used to when you were younger, you will still want to get exercise to keep it working at top capacity. Exercising feels good because it releases endorphins, which makes you feel good. A quick walk around the block or even around the mall will have you feeling better in no time.

    ... US supermarkets is always fun. They're enormous. I luckily managed to find factor 70 sun spray, so no burnies for me !!  The first beach we arrived at was Clearwater. A sign proudly proclaimed that Clearwater was the winner of the best beach town in Florida and I could totally see why. The sand was perfectly manicured and the sea itself was as warm as bath water.     6450 miles.

    Down from Lake City to Palm Harbor to Cousin Jean and husband Jim's home in a major rain storm. First time for any precipitation since we left Michigan Jan. 9. Looking forward to being semi-stationary for awhile. Have tee times for Saturday and Sunday in our old neighborhood in Bradenton.

    ... went out the back door. Then we went into the back door of the men's washroom and returned onto the dance floor. It was very funny.
