      This morning we woke up at 6:30 and were sat outside of Franklin bbq by 8am. We weren't even near the front, instead about 40th in the queue, we took chairs and books and sat there for a few hours, the staff came out and chatted to us all and asked what we were going to order (or in our case, helped us decide) we also grabbed coffee from the coffee truck that was parked up and waited patiently, it was quite relaxing, everyone just sat there, some ...

      ... least amount of time. We bought a few geocache items from the vendors that were there and visited with fellow geochachers. We got back to the campground around 6:30 and settled in for the night.

      ... the mega Event was being held. Picked up our materials and bought some stuff at the displays than returned to the RV Park.

      Tomorrow, we will do some more geochaching associated with the event. We opted out of the competition phase of the event as it is kind of a flash mob cluster. We will do our own thing.

      ... painted steepes,we entered a mostly agricultural area. The land is practically pancake flat and cleared and I would guess the crop probably 90% cotton. It has all been picked and farmers are preparing for the next crop. A lot of the stubble is still there from the harvest and it seems a lot of cotton was left in the fields but probably looks a lot worse than it is because it is so visible on the stubble and even when it is plowed up ...
