September 24th – day 143
Today we drove from Leesburg Florida to
Greensboro Florida, about an hour and a half from the Alabama
border. We stopped for supplies at Walmart and our twenty minute stop
turned into an hour when our prepaid card got messed up and it
wouldn't pay for the items. The customer services people said the
message was “customer cancelled card” so of course we are
... mind, nothing ever will. So today we honor the lives of those who perished and pay tribute to the many men and women who put their lives on the line to come to their rescue.

We arrived in Biloxi, MS just around sunset and checked into our Casino hotel. (Cheap but was pretty great for the price) Sat in the sports bar for a while, got a few tips about what to do here and also in New Orleans and then fed the hungry slot machines a few bucks on the way back to our room. (I won it all back but $2.50...not bad)
