We arrived in Biloxi, MS just around sunset and checked into our Casino hotel. (Cheap but was pretty great for the price) Sat in the sports bar for a while, got a few tips about what to do here and also in New Orleans and then fed the hungry slot machines a few bucks on the way back to our room. (I won it all back but $2.50...not bad)

(Well, OK, I can only presume that...if someone spent an entire career in that pointless mode, maybe that’s ALL he/she saw – and how sad would THAT be as one’s last vision?) There’s a big difference between having a strong work ETHIC and doing the best work we can do and getting real personal satisfaction from it ...
