    That night, our group went to a flamenco show/dinner in Madrid. This experience was incredible. Flamenco dancing/singing is from the south of Spain, but they put on shows in Madrid for tourists. This type of music has HUGE Arabic influence; it is so obvious when you listen to their singing.     Today is the day Ashley and I have been waiting for!

    This evening around 6 pm, we are flying out of Washington and will be landing in Madrid around 8 am (Madrid time). Hopefully we will be able to catch a few hours of sleep on the flight, even though I'm sure we both will be too excited. There is a 6 hour time difference between home and Madrid, but I'm hoping we will be able to adjust quickly.

    ... Greencastle only has a couple underpasses and squeeze through alleys, so the town only developed on one side of the tracks. I wonder if the Chambersburg government was accused of being "wasteful" to build so many underpasses--but it paid off in the long run.
