Left Denver at 7.30am. First stop was Vaile....a beautiful ski resort, with buildings like being in Austria. Wish we could have stayed there longer. Into the Moab area .......so stunning and massive. ... eat; so we first had a quick lunch at the airport and then headed on our way to get our rental car. After leaving Scott's Bluff we headed North West back into Wyoming headed for Fort Laramie. All the way I could hear the tune of F Troop playing in my head. We crossed the Platte river seeing the historic Platte river bridge that opened up new avenues for the early settlers.
