    Stayed at Independence, Missouri about 10 minutes from Kansas City.
    Kansas City confused us when using the gps as half of the city is in the Missouri State and other half in Kansas.

    While we were eating, the owner came by after we had asked our waitress if the owner or cook could drop by and sign our book. He was a very nice guy who’s love of good BBQ and jazz drove him to buy the place in 1990. He also has broadcast jazz from a local radio station since the 70’s.
