Fountainhead Maleny

We have spent a few more days relaxing on the beach and making the most of the sunshine coast. We spent one day at Noosa Heads and another at Coloundra, where we decided to have a beach BBQ. So we bought food and went to the sea for a while and when we decided to have lunch, the minute the meat hit the BBQ it started to rain! Gigs kept cooking in the rain and we then ended up ...

... this is Caloundra, Maroochydore, Noosa heads and even a place called Marcus beach. We liked the area to visit but not to live way tooooo busy! So were back up to Maleny and the surrounding area for a good investigation.<br><br>In all we stayed 3 nights in Maleny and have a good feeling about it and hope to be back one day!

... Our stay at Rebecca and Jason's house was a lovely reunion and a boozy get together of laughter and food. And to top it all, we had a lovely two week old baby who quietly slept through it. ... Christchurch am Airport kennen gelernt, er lud uns dann auch schon fuer diesen Abend zu sich nach Hause, nach Deception By ein. War echt ein witziger Abend, er gab uns dann auch ne Queensland karte und zeichnete die schoenen Plaetze, Strassen und Attraktionen ein. Wally ist 60 und war frueher Trucker und baut sich momentan aus einem alten Schulbus ein Wohnmobil....sau geil!! Wir uebernachteten dann in Deception Bay am Meer...

Jenny travaille souvent a l'exterieur de la ville ce qui fait quon a l'appart a nous deux quelques jours par semaine. Nous avons une belle chambre et une salle de bain a nous deux, les aires partages sont paraits et grands, le balcon permet de prendre du soleil, ou de l'ombre et l'immeuble possede une piscine et un BBQ partagee par tous ces residents ...

... were great. There was a small Asian section with a couple elephants and a tiger, but this was not as impressive as most American zoos. We still haven't seen a Tasmanian Devil. I'm starting to think that they don't really exist, and that all these zoos just make enclosures and signs and say "he's kind of shy, so you might not see him". It had similar (great, but we've already done it) areas for feeding and petting kangaroos as we've seen elsewhere. Overall, the zoo was very pretty ...
