... to upgrade our hire car to a Classic Italian Alfa Romeo Giuletta ( or similar) was a complete wast of time and we ended up with a citroen C3 Picasso. Not at all similar !! I will be taking this up with the hire company on our return. Other than that it has been a fantastic ten days which as Kate keeps on reminding me was all booked by her.... Except the car hire! Up early & on way to Innsbruck. Passing thru Verona Italy...home of Romeo & Juliet. Passing thru Bolzano Italy. We are told the Otzi the Ice Man is here on display....man found all intact in 1991. He is 5000 yr old. A dozen people who have handled him have all died. 'No one wants to have much to do with him now' :). So pretty going thru the Alps. Crossing border into Austria @ Brenner.
